Samick SAT450 1992 - Cherry Burst

This guitar is an absolute gem. She plays wonderfully, set up with D’addario tens and Planet Wave locking tuners, which were installed prior to my purchasing it in 2012. The electronics are all original. Has a few small surface knicks on the surface of the body near the input jack, which had come loose and fallen through into the body. Had this addressed by John Courage at Tall Toad in Petaluma, an amazing Bay Area guitar name here in Cali. He rebuilt the input jack with a baseplate, touched up the pot/pickup solder connections and gave her an amazing set-up. There is some patina on the pickups and hardware, but no issues structurally or functionally with this lil’ angel.

From the Korean factory that Epiphone took over in 1992, this is a rare workhorse and staple piece.
