Sonor Artist Snare 14x5 Scandinavian Birch
Our users rate Reverb
The 14x5 Sonor Artist Series Scandinavian Birch snare drum (AS-12-1405-MB-SDW) has a 6 ply vintage maple shell with rings enforcement and a Scandinavian Birch Veneer. It’s in very good conditions and I replaced the original throw off (since it was malfunctioning) with a Trick GS007 that works very well. The replacement was made by a professional at the Steve Maxwell drum shop in 2020.
There’s only a minor bend on the upper hoop but it doesn’t affect the sound at all. It’s one of the best snare that I have ever had, DM me for soundfiles or videos.
