About This Listing

This Guild was a local find.  When guitars walk in our front door we get to vet them better than the trades or purchases we make from afar.  This is especially important with acoustic guitars, and even more so with guitars from the 70s, which can vary widely in playability and quality.

This Guild came in with a great neck set, tall saddle and excellent playability.  It has seen some use but was a one-owner piece.  The woman who sold it to us received it from her parents as a gift - her first guitar.

There are some dings and playwear for sure, see the pictures.  There are no cracks or repairs.  The frets are in excellent condition.  Everything on the guitar is original and there is no overspray or finish changes.

The original hardshell case is included, also showing some wear.

Mahar's Vintage Guitars is a brick-and-mortar and web-based retailer. We are happy to talk with you before you make a purchase.   Please reach out if you feel so inclined! We cross market our items here and on our own site, so items are subject to sale elsewhere at any time (however we will never cancel a sale if it happens here first). See our profile here, our Google reviews as well as our 100% positive Reverb feedback. Also, Reverb limits us to only 25 pictures of our items. There is a good chance we have more. Contact us if you’d like to see them.

No sales tax for direct sale customers outside California. Reverb sales are always taxed.
