About This Listing
BSG guitars are built by Jan Šťovíček in the Czech Republic. Jan and his small team make only a maximum of 200 guitars per year, completely by hand, and quality is paramount in everything.
The name D37F stands for a dreadnought shape, Amazon rosewood for the back and sides, and a completely solid body. The playability is as with all BSG guitars: simply perfect. The combination of Amazon rosewood with the beautiful European bearclaw spruce provides a refined clear sound, but exceptionally powerful. Great to use for fingerstyle due to the perfect balance, but a Bluegrass picker and a strummer will also find their way effortlessly on this impressive dreadnought.
With only some light playwear on the body and headstock, this BSG from 2019 still looks very clean. Thanks to the maple binding, abalone purfling and rosette, it also has a stunning appearance. The original machine heads have been replaced by beautiful gold-coloured Gotoh machine heads.
The guitar comes with TFOA passport in a Hiscox hardshell case.
