TG Guitars
The Brothel Room # 1
This guitar body was hand crafted in the USA out of
a pine door from a building at 3415 St Clair Ave
Cleveland, Ohio. It was built in the 1880’s and once
housed a bustling Brothel. The doors were made out
of old growth pine that had a exceptionally tight ring
pattern. This guitar is painted with thin coats of old
fashion Nitrocellulose Lacquer. You can still see the
remains of the Mortise and Tenon door joints in the
side of the guitar body. The plates and knobs
were hand engraved. The Electronics are as follows:
The neck pickup is a Fender Custom Shop Texas Special.
The Bridge is a Seymour Duncan Vintage ’54. It has
Emerson Pro 250K Pots with a treble bleed and a
Emerson .047 paper-in-Oil capacitor. 3 way pickup
switch. The nut is made of bone. The Bridge is made
by Fender with a set of Wilkinson brass compensated
saddles. The tuning keys are genuine Fender. In addition,
every part of this guitar has been meticulously reliced
to look old. Contact:
