As a pioneer in modern jazz guitar, Scofield's influence shines through in this exquisite instrument, featuring his preferred aesthetics and signature tone.

Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, the JSM10 boasts a flamed maple top, back, and sides, complemented by a maple and mahogany set neck, resulting in a harmonious blend of strong and sweet fundamental frequencies. The guitar's playability is enhanced by medium frets, an Artstar fret edge treatment, and a bound ebony fretboard, providing a comfortable and smooth playing experience that jazz enthusiasts will appreciate.

Equipped with Super 58 humbuckers, meticulously wired to match Scofield's own guitar, the JSM10 offers a vast array of tonal options. With the 3-position toggle and an additional 3-way toggle for the neck pickup, you can access classic PAF-style humbucker warmth and clear projection, as well as the option to switch the neck pickup from series to parallel, with a stop in the middle for single-coil tones. The tonal possibilities are truly astonishing, allowing you to explore a wide range of musical styles.

Besides its exceptional sound, the JSM10 is a visual masterpiece, exuding class and sophistication. The flamed maple top and sides showcase exquisite figuring, while the gold hardware, including the ART-1 bridge and Quik Change III tailpiece, add a touch of elegance. The full binding on the top, back, and fretboard, extending to the headstock and F holes, further enhances the guitar's luxurious appearance. The Mother-of-Pearl and abalone block inlays are a sight to behold, capturing every ray of light and adding to the instrument's allure.
