Schenk Koa Player Series 2010

For sale here is a Schenk Koa Player's Series acoustic guitar. Rod Schenk made this beautiful guitar in 2010 and I purchased it from Acoustic Vibes Music in 2013. The purchase price, in today's dollars, was $7,200. Rod's Player's Series guitars are comparable to his current "Base Price" guitars with materials and specs chosen by Rod rather than the customer. His current base price is $7,900.

Rod has won 6 Acoustic Guitar Magazine "Player's Choice" Awards over the years, beginning in 2008. He has been deemed by Acoustic Guitar Magazine as one of the top luthiers in North America. He has worked extensively with Kevin Ryan and currently makes high end custom guitars in Silverdale, Washington, a small town not far from Seattle.

This guitar looks new. It has one extremely small finish dent just below the bridge (see picture). Fret wear is minimal (see picture). This is probably the easiest playing guitar I have ever owned and sounds fantastic.
