Back and sides of solid, beautifully grained Hawaiian koa produce warm lows and crisp, clear treble notes, with the specially roasted spruce top adding a bit of aged sweetness. Builder's Edition special features include a beveled armrest and cutaway, chamfered body and fretboard edges, and our Silent Satin finish, with an artful Spring Vine inlay that tops off the visual details. The Builder's Edition K14ce ships with ES2 electronics and a deluxe hardshell case.

Includes the TaylorSense Battery Box and Mobile App, you get genuinely mobile, 24-hour access to the status of arguably the most critical aspect of your guitar’s “health”: its humidity level. This genius app utilizes low-energy Bluetooth to send data to your smartphone on the exact humidity level inside your guitar. In addition, the TaylorSense app monitors your instrument’s battery life and overall temperature. And get this: this amazing app even keeps an eye on any impacts your guitar has taken during transport to and from the show, or even while at home!
