Kendrick 4000 Texas Crude Early 90's - Tweed

An early 90's Kendrick model 4000 Texas Crude in good working condition. This is an amazing, rare amp that screams. Rave reviews from Guitar Player Magazine when it came out and some of the people who own one of these would be Mick & Keith, Clapton, Jimmy Vaughan (has 9 of them) and Gary Moore who used one. 80 watts conservatively, this amp is loud with plenty of headroom. Sweet clean tone. Crank this up and you get a great Keith like crunch, overdrive. Kick in the boost and its ripping! Under the chassis is a switch that when moved to the plus position kicks in another tube after the pre amp section that acts as a boost. There is a volume control under the chassis that works the boost. There is also a jack for a foot switch (marked FS) that can kick the boost on and off. The jack marked PO is a pre amp out which can work as a DI to a board (live or recording) or to slave two heads together. S&R: Send and Return effects loops but not for pedals, more for studio grade equipment. Also includes 2 piece padded cover that also covers the bottom. Looking for some Texas heat? Look no further.
