About This Listing

I have a 2017 left handed Fender American Professional Stratocaster here i have some but not all of the factory inclusions. Note that this one has an upgraded Bare Knuckle true grit neck pickup. It is the sweetest neck pickup you will ever hear.

Conditionally this one is outstanding. Per my scrutiny i found one minute superficial surface level scratch on the body top. There appears to be a minute surface indentation about a millimeter in size on the body back, i examined it and it appears to be a factory indentation on the wood body that was there before Fender finished it. This is fairly common and you can tell these when the outer finish is flawless.

Any superficial surface swirling will be extremely minimal here. This guitar has barely been played. The original film protector sleeve stickers are still on the pickguard and the backplate. There is no buckle rash, worming, accumulated surface pattern playwear. There are no dings nor any fading of the lustrous gloss finish or hardware.

The neck is as clean as the body, no marks. No fretwear. And it plays great. The electronics are stock and working perfectly. The hardshell case is excellent as well

This one rates a strong 9.75/10 and grades as excellent. This is the upper echelon of what i see in a used guitar. This one was new old stock for a long time, and has no more than 10-15 hours of playtime on it. It is a really clean guitar, and i would say even a really nice specimen in general. I really like the body wood grain and feel on this one. It's a beauty and is structurally and sonically sound as well.

The American Professional Pro is not much of a departure from the American Standard that came before it or the Pro II that came after it. or it's the Predecessor the American Standard. Your getting a high end American Strat with the most popular features.

Tonally it's a great Strat tone with no surprises or disappointments. This is a great tone to value ratio in a guitar to. You can't go wrong with an American Stratocaster. This one has a nice warm tone from the Alder body and maple fretboard. It has a smoothness, or "sweetness" to it that tonally is described as warmth. It's a balanced, mature sound. That is counterbalanced by the snappy, bright nature of vintage style single coil pickups.

Note that this listing may come down at anytime as I am a multi-platform seller and do sell locally as well in an effort to keep sales fluid. State sales tax will be charged on Reverb sales when applicable, so factor that in to your purchase.

I will immaculately pack it as well. I use quality shipping boxes, ample tape on all sides. And sufficient bubble wrap filler and bracing inside the box. And always Marked/denoted as fragile. I generally detune guitars 1/2 half step prior to shipment as well if needed.

Product Overview
The Left-Handed Fender American Professional Series Stratocaster takes the premium appointments and upgrades found in the company's new flagship line and flips it all around for the southpaws among us. Built around the sonic foundation of a V-Mod Single-Coil pickup trio designed by Tim Shaw himself, the Pro Strat also incorporates a treble bleed circuit in the electronics for retaining high-end cut even when the volume is rolled back. Complementing these improvements under the hood is a fast-action "Deep C" neck which combines "C" and "U" shapes and narrow tall slants for some of the most comfortable playing on the market.
