This is a USA made Ernie Ball Music Man Sterling in the lovely Blue Dawn sparkle finish from 2003 with factory case. It’s in excellent condition overall, no wear or tear to speak of, save some swirling on the pickguard. Not only is this bass a looker, it’s the best feeling/playing bass I’ve ever experienced. The factory pickup has been replaced with a Seymour Duncan 3 coil Alnico replacement pickup. It sounds so much better with this pickup. The factory preamp was modded with a few different capacitors per the Seymour Duncan instructions that came with the pickup to ensure the bass sounds its best. Did you know the stock configuration of the preamp on these basses doesn’t allow for full-frequency response? I didn’t either. I can testify that this is much better sounding than a stock model. Get one of the best looking and definitely the finest sounding Sterling on Reverb, right here!
