When perfect craftsmanship down to the last detail, creativity and extraordinary aesthetics are combined, then it is often an instrument from the workshop of the Göppingen guitar maker Siggi Braun - like this beautiful one-off production.
One-piece alder body with a striking design language.
Quilted maple top with "Tiger Eye" finish.
The oiled neck is made of pau ferro (ironwood) and has a comfortable C profile (not too thick, not too thin). It is screwed deep into the body using the CNS system developed by Siggi Braun. This combines the advantages of both constructions (screwed/glued): sustain and defined response.
The fretboard is made of ebony with "Angel Wing" inlays and 24 frets, which are slightly narrower from the 12th fret to facilitate playability in the upper register.
This is another clever detail "typical of Siggi Braun". These may not be immediately noticeable, but overall they make the difference to off-the-shelf goods. Like the sunken Schaller Security strap pins here - to name just one more example.
The headstock - designed as a "Matching Headstock", also in the "Tiger Eye" finish - houses Sperzel locking tuners in a 2/4 arrangement.
The proven Schaller Floyd Rose tremolo system ensures absolute tuning stability.
Equipped with two "Siggi's Favorite Plus" Zebra humbucker pickups - managed by a five-way selector switch that enables humbucker and single-coil sounds. Incidentally, these pickups were developed by Harry Häussel for Braun.
Weight: 3.98kg.
Comes in the original Canada case including accessories as shown.
Clean and well-kept top condition - see pictures. There are 2-3 tiny signs of wear and the frets have no discernible play wear.
