Compared to the Custom 24, the Custom 22 is extremely rare in Japan and has a different character.
The number of frets is 2 frets less than the representative model "Custom 24," which makes it one of the PRS standard models with a richer and more musical sound than the 24 due to the difference in the built-in and position of the PU, etc.
Mahogany body and neck, rosewood fingerboard, and figured maple top are a royal combination. This is a typical combination used by many other companies as well, but if you are looking for a fat, punchy sound, this is probably the best solution.
The neck shape is the old "Wide Fat" neck or "Pattern" shape.
It boasts a firm grip and high playability without feeling fat.
The added low frequency range makes the difference between the Custom 24 and the Custom 24 even more noticeable.
The bridge is equipped with a stop tailpiece type. Dragon Bass/Treble pickups are mounted on the bridge.
Some metal parts are a little dull, but considering the age, there is little fading or signs of use, and playability is good.
* Some signs of use with scratches and dings, but in good playing condition.
