Interesting Finnish-made dreadnought, perhaps 1960s – 1970s. All laminates BTW. No label inside, and headstock decal is nearly gone. Nickle-plated Van Ghent tuners and the curious micro-checking and paper-thin finish exfoliation reminded me of other Landola/Espanas I’ve seen. I started internet searching for guitars similar to this one. But wait… that big old “Made in Finland” stamp on the neck block kinda gives it away. Coulda looked there first (nothin’ gets by me). Finish is very good on the top, a little rougher on the back, and with most of the cosmetic roughness on the bottom and bass sides. Tight neck joint and angle, and fretboard is straight. Nice ~3/32” action and good frets. Has solid crisp tone and pretty decent bass projection. Non-original soft shell case. Shipping is estimate to West Coast; will be less if closer to OH.
