This left-handed Kay archtop guitar (likely built in '60s) appears to have originally been a righty that was converted. The guitar is symmetrical, so for the person who converted it, it was just a matter of replacing nut and bridge. (It could go back to being right-handed just as easily.) I actually replaced the wooden lefty bridge with an aluminum Bigsby bridge to brighten the murky tone, and it worked! It's a terrific little knockaround/bedroom guitar that happens to play decently, sounds quite good, and has a bit of volume. It even records pretty well (check the brief demo video).
Cosmetic condition is as you see it in the photographs.
It comes in a very beaten but still 100% functional Guild hard case (not pictured).
