A super cool old California Mosrite sitting in the California sun! This is an all original Mosrite Combo dating to 1967 with serial number of H0667 stamped both on at the end of the fretboard and on the label inside. It's in really fine shape, with only a few little nicks here and there, the biggest being a ding in the finish about the size of a pea on the back. The original owner, who I bought it from, had inscribed what looks like his driver's license number on the Mosely vibrato. Kind of cool. Can you imagine someone doing that now? All original except is looks like one screw was replaced on the neck pickup retaining ring. Original case in decent shape. The handle looks like it got mushed at some point and the flanges are bent to one side and one of them detached.
Sounds great. Nice playing guitar with original 'fretless wonder' style frets. No cracks, warping, or breaks. The only minor issue is the foam backing for the neck pickup has disintegrated and so it's sitting a bit loose in the guitar and the height adjustment screws aren't really adjusting the height. It's a minor fix that I just never got around too as I played the guitar so little.
Free shipping in the United States and no overseas shipping at all. I'm not a shop, not a collector, just a player with a lot of guitars I'm slowly whittling down to a manageable number. Let me know if you have any questions.
