DESCRIPTION:

The ESP LTD EC-1000 Baritone delivers the classic single-cutaway Eclipse shape in an extended 27" baritone scale, making it an ideal choice for players who want to explore lower tunings while maintaining proper string tension and definition.

Typically tuned from B to B, this six-string baritone is built for the heavy, downtuned sounds of modern rock and metal without sacrificing clarity or playability.

Its mahogany body features a maple cap and a sleek Charcoal Metallic satin finish. Black single-ply binding adds to the guitar’s dark, understated appearance, while the Macassar ebony fingerboard keeps the look clean with no face inlays and glow-in-the-dark Luminlay side dots for improved visibility on dark stages.

The three-piece mahogany neck features a comfortable Thin U profile and set-thru construction for smooth upper-fret access and excellent sustain. The fingerboard is fitted with 24 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets for a fast, durable playing surface.

A pair of direct-mount Fishman Fluence Modern active humbuckers provides powerful, articulate tone across the extended range. The Alnico neck pickup delivers rich, smooth response, while the Ceramic bridge pickup provides tight attack, aggressive output, and excellent clarity. Push/pull controls provide access to alternate voicings for added tonal flexibility.

Additional premium features include a TonePros locking Tune-O-Matic bridge with string-through-body construction and LTD locking tuners for enhanced tuning stability and sustain.
