This is the XIII Guitars USA Custom Strat Natural Electric Guitar.
25.5" scale. 1.69" nut. 6 lbs 11 oz.
.78"-.88" 1st to 12th fret neck depth.
XIII Guitars was custom building in the USA for close to a decade, using only the best materials.
This strat starts off with an ash body- completely hand carved.
The result is an incredibly toneful and resonant body- you can feel this one.
Grabbing up that tone are a trio of Duncan USA Antiquity Texas Hot pickups.
This pickup combo enables big crunch in the bridge position and pushed sustain in the neck.
The 5-way allows for an incredible range of sounds.
A true tone machine.
The maple neck here is beautifully figured on both the back and fingerboard.
This neck has a thin oval C profile, satin finish, and a 12" radius- for an exceptionally comfortable feel.
The icing on the cake is the Wilkinson tremolo- floating for smooth pitch manipulations in either direction.
Sperzel locking machines keep everything in tune.
This XIII is in excellent overall condition as you can see in pictures- light marks from the handcarving and normal use.
The frets here are clean- set up with action of 3/32" at the 12th fret low E.
There is no case included, but we pack for safe arrival as well as insure in full.
