About This Listing

GeorgeBoards™ has made some really nice and Low Cost nut and bridge sets with rollers for the palm benders.
This item is a Roller Nut made to fit Gretsch 5700 lap steels. Black Tough PLA

Installation requires some effort and ingenuity on the buyer-installers behalf.

A little wider spacing than the stock nut.

A lot of folks are using these to upgrade their Gretsch 5700 lap steels as they add palm pedals.

Does not fit SX brand ----- specifically for the 5700 type lap steels.

People are buying these for SX and returning them - These do not fit a SX - They Fit the 5700 Gretsch.

We sell a full sized Roller Nut here on Reverb.

These are brand new additions to our 3D printed parts, Our engineer created a little notch so the nut will butt up to the fretboard and be a very good zero point. See Photo of the Red Guitar.

These imports are inconsistent where the head starts to slope off, you may want to put a little shim or piece of masking tape to fill in any tiny gaps - the #4 oval head stainless sheet metal screws we recommend are at ACE - Home Centers.

Team this custom sized Roller Nut for Gretsch 5700 with our Roller Bridge (sold separately) and get a low cost means to get into rollers - before investing into much more expensive systems.

Important !! The zero point of the axel is 1/8" from the edge of the part you need to adjust where you place the part.
