This circa 1920's parlor guitar (unbranded - possibly a Regal or Galiano Parlor Guitar).
The scale length is 24 3/4.
This is a great player with a wonderful big sound. It has had a neck reset, full refret and new bridge installed. The soundboard has been X-braced for steel strings. The back and sides have been lightly refinished. The original tuners work well. Includes chipboard case (not original).
