Radio Shack AM/FM radio, model 12-726 in good used condition. It operates on 4 C-cell batteries (not included) or plugs in to an outlet, both power sources work. It works fine, sounds great, antenna goes up and down easily and reception is good. There are some signs of use on and near the bottom but I would say they are normal use and certainly not unusual for a radio of its age. See photos.
