very interesting small child's guitar or parlor guitar...beautiful artful label inside with Japanese script...one of my fellow peers on reverb thinks it says Xavier...I have not been able to find this label anywhere else...unique headstock logo...faux wood...MOP dot inlays (last one missing)...peeled laminate missing from top lower bout...extra glue on top side of nut on the headstock...zero fret design...not much of a player...more of a hanger....previous owner put an eyebolt on the headstock for hanging...neck straight until a slight rise at the body....interesting bolt on neck design (see pic)...decent tone...there is some fret buzz...this is more of a unique collector's item...if anyone has info on his make, would love to hear from you....serial number on back headstock 96090406...would be great addition to any collector....
