ONE-OF-A-KIND Silvertone S-67H OM-size, w/ Custom Tomas Montaño Art
Completely unique, vintage OM-size Silvertone refurb with custom screenprinted artwork by myself, musician and visual artist, Tomas Montano (tomasmontanoart.com). I purchased the guitar at Gig’s in Boise in 2010 in very good shape, except for a small crack on the top lower treble-side bout. John and Jake Bolin, of Bolin guitars, mended the crack, installed a Dean Markley soundhole pickup, hand shaped custom bone “faux” truss rod cover, inlayed MOP dots on the fretboard, installed 3-on-a-plate vintage ivoroid tuners, and finished it with a high gloss finish after Rail Tees screenprints printed my artpiece, “Artpalabra”, on the back, and a crescent sliver of the design on the lower bass bout. It’s a very cool instrument, and plugged into a tube amp with some gain makes her growl nicely. Comes with a very nice TKL hard shell case with burgundy velvet interior.
