This is a Shure 70 (possibly 70H) crystal microphone capsule packaged in a Selmer case. This is literally the only Selmer microphone of this style I have ever encountered. It's a crystal microphone, with the volume limitations of an old crystal mic, but you get a great "old-timey-broadcast" sound. I've had it in my possession for about 20 years. I'm also including a shure FP11 Microphone-to-Line preamp which I've been using to give the output a boost to bring it up to standard hi impedance mic levels (it is a low impedance mic...as well as utilizing the onboard limiter.) Really interesting piece and I don't think you'll see another one.
