Greg Byers Lattice Bracing 2010 French Polish

This has been my main guitar for the last 13 years. Moving on to a different instrument and only have two hands so I’m selling this. It’s in good condition. Western Red Cedar Top and Madagascar Rosewood back and sides. Standard Sloan tuners.

Over all good shape. There’s play wear on the soundboard above the low e and underneath the high e. There also some play wear behind the bridge and some light marks around the body. All what you would expect from a 13 year old instrument. The French polish is in really good shape.

There’s also three small dings in the sound board that have been sealed with French polish. Very hard to see these in the pictures.

The guitars set up is perfect and it plays great! Really beautiful trebles and the bass strings have a great presence. Over all the guitar projects really well. Responding quickly too strong attacks and has a really nice sustain. It’s a great example of Greg Byers work.

The guitar will ship in an accord flight case. This case is 10 years old and has lots of battle scars on it. The lower two latches also come unbuckled occasionally. This seems to be a consistent problem on older accord cases. If the buyer would prefer, it can be shipped in a standard TKL hardshell case instead.
