M Waterslide Guitars T-Style Coodercaster B&G Bender PLEK'd White Blonde w/Lollar Supro Lap Steel+Charlie Christian Pickups - 2023! Includes hardshell case sent by Waterslide. Made in the USA, this guitar features a lightweight Swamp Ash body with an aged Trans White Blonde Nitro Lacquer finish. The body is contoured front and back and weighs 7lbs 6oz

The Certano B&G bender is set up currently for whole step bends on the B and/or G strings. The levers swing out of the way when not needed and can be easily fine tuned for half step bends if that works better for your preferred tuning. In the demo video, the guitar is tuned to standard tuning with whole step bends set for both strings.

The fully Plek'd Maple neck has a Rosewood fingerboard and a 50's Soft V-C profile that's .85" at the first fret. It's got a 25.5" scale length that's 1 11/16" at the bone nut with a 9.5" radius and 6105 frets. It has a light, slightly aged satin finish that feels great and will not get sticky when playing.

The bridge pickup is a Lollar's 'Valco-Style' String-Thru Lap Steel Pickup which is very fat sounding with tons of sustain and punch. These are uniquely sensitive pickups which nail the vintage character and tone of the original design. Primarily used by slide players like Ry Cooder, Jason Isbell and Blake Mills, these Lap Steel pickups have a special magic with open tunings and bottleneck playing.

The neck pickup is Lollar's Charlie Christian pickup which has a custom tortoise cover. It is fatter sounding than a Gold Foil with strong midrange and smooth high end response that provides a nice complement, tonally. It is bound in tortoise acrylic and has as steel blade pole piece.

The custom stainless steel bridge is our own design and has Gotoh ‘In Tune’ Brass Saddles which are notched and compensated for accurate intonation.

There's also VIPots audio taper pots, a NOS Russian PIO .047 cap and cloth covered wiring. The aged pearloid pickguard, vintage lap steel knobs on a reversed control plate and metal selector switch tie it all together.
