The Calamity Fuzz is a trace by PedalPCB of the Fairfield Unpleasant Surprise circuit. A chaotic masterpiece capable of an array of interesting and absolutely useable tones. It’s not just a fuzz, it’s not just a noise machine -it’s both and a number of fabulous sounds in between.
Controls are from left to right starting at top: Volume and Onset (sort of a gate that’s fully gated at CCW and begins to open up as you rotate the knob CW completely changing the sound and feel of the fuzz).
Two-way toggle on left is Crush, middle is Gain and two-way toggle on right is Treble. Up for On and down for Off.
