Subwoofer type, the Meinl SUBCAJ5WN cajon projects the sound forward unlike conventional cajons. The bass projection is improved and makes this instrument particularly suitable for unplugged gigs. Slightly larger than standard cajons, it is capable of producing powerful and deep bass.
