After 50 years in Aerosmith, and a lifetime infatuation with guitars and amps, Brad Whitford accumulated so much gear that it’s overflowing his warehouse. He used this gear to create some of the most iconic rock and roll of our time. He selected over 170 of his precious guitars, amps and speakers and asked my help in finding them new homes with players and fans who will appreciate them as much as he does. This is one of six Bogner 4x12" cabinets in Brad's collection. These Bogner cabs are DRIPPING in Aerosmith history! Brad started using these Bogner cabinets during the making of Aerosmith's 9 Lives album in 1997. He continued using them in his ever evolving stage rig right into Aerosmith's Deuces Are Wild Las Vegas residency that started in 2017.
Brad loves hot cars almost as much as he loves Rock 'n' Roll. When he discovered the mounting holes on the cabinet's Bogner logos matched perfectly with the logos of his beloved Chevys, it inspired him to "hot-rod" some the cabs with vintage Corvette and Chevy Supper Sport logos. When he co-founded the 3 Monkeys Amplification, he outfitted some of the Bogner cabs with 3 Monkeys logos as well.
This cabinet is the only one of Brad's Bogner cabinets that still has the original Bogner logo.
Acquired directly from Brad Whitford. Brad's guitar tech personally inspected the amp and confirmed it was in excellent working condition with no notable issues. The amp is identified by an Aerosmith inventory tag. It includes a certificate of authenticity signed by Brad Whitford.
