Vyse Blues Deluxe BBQ conversion 2006 - Tweed boutique

VyseAmps designs and hand manufactures custom, all-valve, point-to-point wired guitar amplifiers and associated equipment.

It is a cottage industry with workshops in Pinner, North London and other parts of the UK. Everything they make is designed and produced here in the UK and is sold mainly to the British and European markets. They have built a reputation for quality and reliability over the last 20 years, and thus have a strong growing customer base.

VyseAmps aim is simple - to supply and build the best quality guitar amplifiers to your specification. They will NOT compromise on Tone. They do NOT use mass production techniques. They do NOT use printed circuit boards.

 Because the amplifiers are hand-built, they are uniquely able to customise the design to your personal requirements. Many of the designs are intended to modify existing amplifiers, ‘blueprinting’ certain parts of the circuit, redesigning badly thought out sections, or simply upgrading the quality of the components used. This is a one off conversion of a tweed Fender Blues Deluxe, utilising the cabinet and the chassis as a donor, and installing a hand built (by Jason Sanpsome, the chief engineer in 2006 (estimated)) 40 watt point to point wired all valve amplifier, with footswitchable boost.  The controls are Volume, Drive, Treble, Bass, Mid, Master, Reverb, Presence.  Originally there was an effects loop, which was rather noisy, and so I had it removed, but it could be reinstated easily.  The speaker is 12" Jensen Alnico 5.  The cabinet was worn, with a round burn on the top, which was there when the amp was originally built, giving a good roadworn appearance.  

Amp comes with Vyse brand heavy duty cover and generic footswitch. It is a loud and heavy amp. I will assist with delivery, but feel it should not be placed in the hands of couriers.
