The small, thin body of the S series conveys a good fit and response to the performer's body.
The S3 uses "Sitka spruce" on the top of the body, "rosewood" on the sides and back that produces a deep bass and brilliant highs, and "mahogany" on the neck.
The rich, plump sound unique to rosewood and the clear sound with a sense of separation maintain an exquisite balance from high to low frequencies.
In the case of arpeggios and fingerstyles, each note is crisply intertwined to create a complex and delicate melody.
