Original 1957 Gretsch Model 6129 Silver Jet in original Silver Sparkle finish - stunning!
Guitar is all original though the neck was replaced by Gretsch in the 1960s so the neck has '60s features. The body and all electronics are from 1957, along with the etched in serial number. All work done by Gretsch at the Gretsch factory.
Guitar sounds and plays incredible. Original Gretsch Dynasonic pickups are remarkably warm and full of classic vintage Gretsch tone. Warm and thick and sweet.
An amazing recording guitar.
Neck is straight with no buzz or issues. It's got a good low action and plays nice and easy.
Original Silver Sparkle finish is stunning. A particularly nice example in excellent condition.
Comes with super nice Gretsch hardshell case with Gretsch logo. Excellent condition, too.
