About This Listing

2010 Gregory Byers Cedar/Brazilian rosewood guitar.

This has been my primary guitar for almost 15 years now, and, I'm conflicted about selling it. But, due to some other guitars I'm getting, I have to part ways with it.

I've played many Byers guitars over the years, I love them. This one is by far my favorite. If you've played Gregs guitars before then you are familiar with their incredible ease of play and this one is no exception. The neck just feels so good and it's generally just a very easy guitar to play.

The sound is beautiful. Deep basses and rich trebles, it's a very dark sound and it definitely projects.

The condition is far from perfect however. It had a repair done on a soundboard crack from a few years ago, and there are two super slim cracks on the back that I tried to capture but they're hard to see. Let me know if you would like more photos.

Depending on if it sells soon or not, I may eventually have the French polish touched up on several parts where it's worn down. And, there are a lot of scratches and cosmetic flaws from so many years of use which I did my best to show in all the photos.

However, the sound is as beautiful as ever and this is a special guitar. The tuners are Graf which (in my opinion) are the best I've ever used. They are as smooth after nearly 15 years of use as they were on day 1.

Please let me know if you have any questions! I will post some links of performances in which I've used the guitar over the years.
