About This Listing

26.5 in. scale length

Everything is stock except the Seymour Duncan Nazgul and Invader pickups (roughly a $200+ upgrade). Very worth it. Can include the original pickups as well.

The current pickups sound fantastic for heavy music. The Nazgul seems to be fairly low output but still has a lot of bite when picking or palm muting. The Invader is very loud and extremely clear. You might be able to get away with some thick bluesy tones from the neck.

Currently has Stringjoy (10-60) strings on it but I would recommend Ernie Ball 2615 for drop A or a tighter standard tuning.

Very comfy neck. Not as paper-thin as many of the shreddy guitars like Ibanez or ESP and it has a nice satin finish. Has classier dot inlays rather than the tacky abalone things that more modern Omen-7s have. The body may have some pick scuffing or small dings, but it isn’t really noticeable unless you’re looking for it. No binding, just a classy gloss-black finish. IT WILL COME WITH STRAP LOCKS, which I think is pretty cool.

I’ve had this guitar for more than five years and it has served me well. Nothing is wrong with it, but I recently acquired a different 7-string that I find myself playing more so I’m just thinning the herd.
