Super clean 1964 Korina Gibson EH-500 Skylark Lapsteel. All original; with blonde case. There is a 2 stamped ahead of the serial number showing that it would have been a factory second although I can't find a blemish anywhere. Pot date code is 43rd week of
1964. The nickel plating has some nice patina on it! Single line Kluson tuners with black plastic button heads, reflector knobs, original solder joints, all period correct! You'd be hard pressed to find a more original, clean machine with really nice blonde hard to find blonde case. Gibson had a nice stock of African Limba/Korina to build these lapsteels. This model lapsteel pre-dated the Korina Flying V by one year. So the Flying V's and Explorers were made from the same stock of Korina that was used to make this model lapsteel. No issues and ready to go!
