Here we have a vintage oddity from Japan, a lovely Audition branded 12-string. This guitar sounds great, is very resonant and has some nice wood figuring. The action is playable but does creep up in height moving up the neck towards the body. There a a few dings and the pickguard is lifting but is in good condition for it's age.
Audition guitars were made by Teisco in Japan in the 60's and 70's. This one has 'Woolworth Woolco' branding on the sound hole sticker.
