A 1965 Kay Custom Buit in Illinois. It comes in its original case and includes a letter from vintage guitar magazine 1998 (see photos) from when it was photographed for a book called Everyman guitar. It was photographed to be included in a section called 'the Seismosaurus of Chicago'. I have no idea if it made it into the book or not at least until I find a copy of the book.
There is one volume knob missing and its replaced by a newer verion. Its is in perfect working order and sound like the total monster.. It pretty much plays it self. No exaggeration.
