About This Listing

For your consideration is this 1950s Harmony H954 "Broadway".
I bought this one from my luthier Mads of MoikkaGuitars in Aalborg. The guitar has some major repair done to it, including a neckreset, fretboard reglue, a bridge reinforcement, some major crack repairs and a back brace reglue. The work has been done well. As I was told the guitar was in parts when Mads received it. Right now the guitar plays great with fine relief and it sounds excellent. It is far louder than what you'd expect from a guitar of that built and age. The guitar features an all-birch body and a maple neck with an ebonized fretboard. The guitar is all original down to the last screw. I think the images show the condition quite well. As I found it a cool asset I decided to leave the Harboe sticker on the back. It has a vibe to me and I think it should stay on the guitar. As playable Harmonies from that era are very rare and only a few techs tackle projects like this I thank Mads for bringing it back to life and I think it will bring some serious joy and mojo to the next owner.
