About This Listing

An instantly likable effects pedal! This pedal not only amazingly realistically changes the tone of your guitar into one of nine vintage organ tones, but it also works flawlessly. Zero tracking issues, bugs, mistriggers, or false notes are what we're referring to. Additionally, each setting includes a suitable modulation effect like a vibrato, tremolo, or rotary speaker built in, and you can add organ percussion or key click sounds using a dedicated control. The EHX B9 Organ Machine has quickly established itself as a classic, and it doesn't hurt that there are two excellent ways to blend in your dry guitar output.

The tonewheel organ, which established the benchmark for electric organ sound, is the subject of the first six settings of the B9 Organ Machine. Fat & Full rapidly doubles the size of your guitar tone by adding an octave above and below. Think of Jimmy Smith when you hear jazz for a more understated and silky vibe. The sound of the Gospel option is produced by pulling out the upper bars, whereas the Classic Rock setting, with a healthy amount of distortion, sounds more like Procal Harum's "Whiter Shade of Pale." The Bottom End setting and increasing the Click control will produce a sound more akin to Sugarloaf's "Green Eyed Lady," on the other hand. For a more Zeppelin sound, the Octaves setting offers one octave above, and when you roll on the Click, you also get higher harmonics. These presets are all fantastic, and each one comes with a vintage rotary speaker effect whose speed you can adjust with the Mod knob.
