Original Mono 1998 Fulltone Deja Vibe Serial #743P
Original footswitch was broken. A new one was installed and the power jack was replaced so you can now use a 2.1mm (standard Boss-size) power supply (not included). Needs 12vDC power, would be best run off a Voodoo Lab Power Supply or another isolated Power supply with low noise.
