This Style 1-C dates to the 1950s and is in very good playing condition with some wear and tear but great sound.Overall length is 23 3/4 in. , 7 3/4 in. wide at lower bout, and 2 3/4 in. depth at side, taken at the end block. Scale length is 15 in. (381 mm.). Width of nut is 1 3/8 in. (35 mm.). This uke is in played but overall very good original condition with some typical finish wear, mostly small dings, scratches, and dents overall. The most notable is a spot of "strum wear" through the finish and into the wood on the top below the fingerboard. The bridge and saddle have been replaced and there is one cleat on the treble side of the bridge pad and fan brace. Previous owners initials inside on the heel block, and in the case. The tuners might be original with replaced screws, or replaced all together. The uke still plays and sounds EXCELLENT, sound neck angle, and good action. Comes with black chipboard case.
