The basket/frame and magnet/motor assembly are not included.
There is no dustcap.
This cone assembly was removed from a blown 1976 Celestion G12H30 75HZ speaker (shown in the last images for reference only). The Date and T code stamps were HJ23 and T1217. The 1777 cone is in pretty great shape. The spider is intact and still has good control. The voice coil is visibly overheated and needs repair. If you can repair the voicecoil, you have a drop-in assembly for your empty basket.
The 1777 Cone could also be used to repair a G12M black back of the same era if you have the right voice coil to swap in. You'll notice this is the 30-watt, non-ventilated voice coil former.
Once again, this is the cone, spider, and voice coil only. The basket and motor are NOT included.
