The M-Bass 25 has all of the features of the M-Bass 23 but with a longer 25" scale and ten percent more interior volume in the body. This acoustic/electric bass guitar that utilizes a dedicated synthetic string made by the Aquila company and a piezo transducer pickup that deceivingly packs far more of a wallop than what meets the eye. The extended scale length greatly improves intonation over similar models and allows for an acoustic volume loud enough to enjoy without plugging into an amplifier.
The body and neck is constructed from mahogany. A Walnut fingerboard carries 20 frets and a 1 11/16" bone nut. Additonal electronics include Electronic Tuner, Volume control and Active EQ. The sloped ergo-glide top makes this instrument extremely comfortable to hold.
