Electra Elvin Bishop Model 2281-335 1976 Sunburst

Beautiful rare vintage Elvin Bishop signature model. Impeccably clean and in working condition. Manufactured in Japan as a competitor to the more costly Gibson 335. Kept in consistent playing condition. Original toggle switch was replaced about 20 years ago. The jack was replaced a month ago. My guitar tech was amazed by this guitar, as he had never seen one before. He can provide additional info if you require it. I removed the one pickup cover ages ago. Those are the original pickups, pods, & frets. Original case as well. I am the only owner of this wonderful guitar. A "house guitar" for me. Never taken on the road or used in concerts. Binding had yellowed, as expected. But it has aged beautifully. Only selling because age has caught up with me. Rather move it on to a serious player than hang it on the wall as a decoration.
