Up for sale is an early '70s Sound City L412 16 ohm guitar cabinet with Eminence speakers. This is the 2nd of 2 matching cabs that we took in to the store recently. Check our companion listing at the link below. We believe that this is a 1973, as we took in a matching cab from the same person that has the label on it that dates to 1973. This is in good shape, especially considering it's age. Cosmetically, there's some normal dings & dents in the tolex, and what looks like some water damage in the grill cloth as seen in the photos. There's also a small tear in the top right speaker, likely requiring a recone, although you could try to patch it. Sonically, this thing rips. Cleans are clean, and dirty is dirty, exactly as you'd want it, even with the rip in the speaker. This comes with the original clear plastic cover, that has yellowed over the years likely from being in and out of bars for gigs. If you're looking at this cab, you know it's reputation for being a rock-solid rock machine. As always, this will ship tightly packed & fully insured. Thanks for looking! Check our companion listing below if you want to buy them both!!
