Some knobs and a couple of screws are missing, but they are easily replaceable.
There is a slight audio noise (a "pop") that occurs depending on the release setting when releasing a key.
I think it's a minor issue, but I don't have time to address it, hence the price.
It has been modified to allow control of the cutoff via an expression pedal (not included).
Comes with its Moog soft bag (the one for the Little Phatty, I believe).
