Martin Custom Shop Super D. The largest body in Martin’s lineup, this guitar was inspired by the D-45S Authentic 1936 that was borne out of an instrument in the CF Martin Museum Collection. It has an internal air volume approximately 20% greater than the standard Martin Dreadnought. It effectively boosts the bass output while maintaining accurate mid and treble frequencies. A new proprietary bracing pattern helps maximize tone and volume. This new model can achieve an extended dynamic range with more volume with less effort. Standard scale length and depth allows for easy playability for all artist of any skill level.
