To me, this Hamer represents the best of that marvelous, frenetic decade we call the 80s. They started making these in 82 as a more affordable option to their Standard model, but the quality is still top notch. These were offered in opaque finishes, and had options with an extra graphic like this one for an additional charge. This one weighs just over 9lbs (9 lbs 3oz), has the Sustain Block Tremolo, and the original Hamer pickups made by DiMarzio. The three piece mahogany neck is slim, fast, and comfortable. These also have a three piece mahogany body. The overall condition is very good, with nicks and bumps(all pictured), some finish flaking on the fretboard edges, and minimal fret wear. The original tremolo and original hard shell case are included.
