25th anniversary model of the 1979 Stratocaster! This is a fairly rare guitar.
The original color is silver metallic, but it has turned gold over time.
Weather cracks and dents show the history of this guitar.
The electrical system including the truss rod is in good working order.
The previous owner's commitment can be seen everywhere, and the changes confirmed here are
Pickguard ⇒ Anodized, Fkey peg ⇒ GOTOH HAP Magnum Lock/GOLD,
The bridge and jack plate have also been changed to gold.
We overhauled it at our store and only replaced the VOL POT. Of course it's made by CTS.
Other parts are original. Of course the PU is also original. The accessory is a hard case.
This is the most eye-catching guitar from a player's perspective. It also sounds like a guitar from over 40 years ago.
It makes a loud sound from top to bottom. It produces the thick mid-range sound that is characteristic of this era.
I think it would be a great guitar if you put thicker strings on it and run it through a TS type guitar.
