Fender 65 watt combo amp produced in Japan in the late 70's through the mid 80's. Solid state. Single 15" Celestion speaker with a front ported enclosure. These amps have a surprisingly deep response considering the 65 watt power rating. This is largely due to the "heavy duty" construction of the cabinet. I would say it is in the ballpark of 65-70 lbs.
